True protection of our nations youth & students will not come solely reliant on laws, no matter how eloquent.. Our hope for our students can not be dependent on laws alone. We put far too much stock in their power. Those meaning harm, will assuredly find ways around them. Change the Culture - Now, Therein lies a hope worth having..."
