As of September 30th 2024, across this nation, there have been 163 actual incidents of gunfire on school campuses, leading to 48 deaths and 108 injuries this year alone — and there are still three months to go. In all of 2023, there were 158 incidents and 45 deaths. THREATS ARE NO "JOKE!"

Since Sept. 8, 1 Eanes student, 5 Hays students, 2 Del Valle students, 4 Bastrop students, 1 Lake Travis student along w/1 Austin man have been arrested and charged in incidents related to threats made against campuses in those districts.

Tennessee (State) (14 Sept 2024)

Homeland Security agents have investigated 321 reports of school threats throughout Tennessee schools from Aug. 1 to Sept. 14.

Pittsburgh, PA (6 Oct 2024)

Multiple school threats being investigated currently by the FBI made toward Pittsburgh-area school districts including: Butler, McKeesport, North Hills, Slippery Rock and West Mifflin, all of which canceled classes or increased security measures last month (Sept) as a result.

Minnesota (State) (4 Oct 2024)

Data shows a significant increase in school threats across the state of Minnesota during the first few weeks of the 2024 school year.

The state has had 14 reported school threats this year, compared to just 3 for the same time period in 2023.

Arizona (State) (11 Oct 2024)

According to information provided by the Arizona Counter Terrorism Information Center (ACTIC) to the Arizona Department of Education, ACTIC received more than 130 school threats from September 4, 2024 to September 24, 2024. There were 177 school threats reported to ACTIC from January to September 3.

In the three weeks since two teachers and two students were killed at Apalachee High School in the deadliest school shooting in Georgia’s history, 4 September 2024, more than 700 children and teenagers, including at least one fourth grader, have been arrested and accused of making violent threats against schools in at least 45 states...

Almost 10 percent were 12 or younger.
